Roman Galikov

CO-FOUNDER & MANAGING PARTNER

Roman started his career in public practice focusing on tax and advisory, and joined a leading enterprise SaaS company (RedEye) in 2015 as CFO during its first institutional funding round. Over the following years, he steered the company’s finances through multiple capital raises and international expansion into North America. Alongside that, Roman has held CFO and COO roles in other high-growth tech businesses, bringing a practical, operator’s perspective to what startups need behind the numbers.

Wayne Gerard

CO-FOUNDER & PARTNER

In 2012, Wayne co-founded an enterprise SaaS company (RedEye) that grew from an ambitious idea into a leading technology business. After a decade of scaling, the company was acquired by a Fortune 500 in 2022. Beyond his own ventures, Wayne served as Queensland’s Chief Entrepreneur (2021–2022) and continues to champion Australia’s startup ecosystem as an investor and advisor.
